"If I could rate them zero stars I would. This is the sloppiest, laziest State Farm agent in the world. They have consistently made errors, made excuses and let me down. After 25 long years with them, they sent me a birthday card in Spanish this year. They have slowly lost every policy we have had with them. I can not stress enough how awful this office is and how absent Val is."
